 I started working with Andrew in October 09 with a little bit of hesitation as I'm not the type of person to ask for help. By the end of the second visit I had complete faith. It wasn't that my business was going down hill it just wasn't going up.
I was sick of going up and down on the spot. Now a year down the track I've got systems in place for just about everything and have a good steady stream of work. I have also employed an extra 2 people and now have a lot more time on my hands to work on my business and even better I can take time off without having to stress due to the fact I've employed the right type of people thanks to the tips Andrew gave me.
I really appreciate what he has done for our company and I couldn't speak highly enough of him. I would be more than happy to recommend him to help any type of business. There doesn't appear to be much he can't do.

 As I am sure you will remember when we first met, I had been in my Ultratune business for 4 ½ years and quite dissatisfied with my direction or be it lack of.
During your program and our time together you showed me that I was more than just a mechanic working in my business, I was the business owner.
These days I don't really see myself as a mechanic but as more of an entrepreneur.
I have taken myself out of 2 X 50% partnerships in which there was no real direction. To owning 100% of the better one, and going on to purchasing the majority share of another, which is now showing excellent returns in less than 12 months. With my new line of thinking I have gone on to set up another company as well as other professional financial structures to better deal with my increased income from my 2 stores.
I also now have a great team of managers and staff who help with the day to day running of both stores. They have been selected and trained using the systems and skills you taught me. I enjoy holding meetings with my team and motivating them in the same way you did with me. It’s SO true that you get the people you deserve and I’m GLAD that I now have the GREAT people I deserve…
I am now in the enviable position of being able to pretty much leave the day to day running of the stores to my team and concentrate my time on the more important and for me, enjoyable things, like advertising and promotions, looking for new ventures (e.g. investment property and more businesses) as well even the odd weekday fishing trip here and there when I get the urge… Something I could NEVER have considered back when my business relied on me, and I was working those long hours in my business.
